This batch job searches for customers that met the previous day, and generates
fees due for the next meeting. These fees show up in the UI and appear on the
collection sheet for the next meeting.
If for some reason the batch job fails to run one day, fees will not show up
for customers who meet the previous day. The batch job is not designed to catch
up on generating fees for customers who met earlier than yesterday.
This might happen if Mifos is down for more than a day, or if the database is
restored from a backup earlier than the day before.
