Replace the legacy AuditInterceptor with a much cleaner implementation of
interface org.hibernate.Interceptor
Decipher what AuditInterceptor is doing, where it is plugged in code. There is
lots of unnecessary code in org.mifos.framework.components.audit it can be
simplified.
