Ryan, with v1.3.x and older there was javascript on this field which
occasionally resulted in problems like this, but I haven't seen this be an
issue with v1.4.x. The javascript was removed in version 1.4. You mention
above that this is still a bug in 1.4.2. I can't repro this behavior on v1.4.x
deploy test instance - http://ci.mifos.org:8102/mifos, can you try this
instance and see if you have problems there?
