Looking better, Vishnu! I think the rest is probably just touch-up work.
Here are a few other things I noticed in mifos(27-03-2010).zip
1. All the content is still spaced out much more than the old layout
2. Some strangeness of the home page on IE 6 on Windows XP:

* main content is below the fold (have to scroll down)
* tabs aren't rounded
3. Also, a problem with center.html, the search box overlaps with the main body
