I was wondering if "not waiving off fees correctly" is limited to the scenario
mentioned in MIFOS-2397. It seems like as you have noticed fee and penalties
might not be getting waived off correctly for last installments because the
last installment action date is being excluded at the time of calculation for
"to be waived charge". If the similar fix in MIFOS-2397 would be able to
resolve the issue for other places, then go ahead, I will look into it later. I
think there is a mess in the code i.e. not separating the
past,current(next),future installments correctly for calculation.
