DataSetUpgradeUtils leaves *.xml dataSet files after upgrade

As a step of adding new database upgrade after doing upgrade of acceptance
tests dataSets the DataSetUpgradeUtils leaves *.xml files which should be
deleted.
I have noticed this issue only on Windows box, my ubuntu machine doesn't show
this issue.
