Currently, when selecting the meeting date, Mifos always defaults to the weekly
selection, so for an organization that does monthly loans, they are always
having to change this.
Instead, it would be better to create a default setting for meetings (as they
are most often the same across the org) - ie, like every 1 week or every 1
month, or at least default to the monthly.
