In regards to the Branch Progress Report, i followed the issues on the link
that Emily had given and as you said maybe we need to have some clarifications
on some functionality (PAR). Further on this we checked on Passi Branch
progress report and we wonder why a lot of clients (803) are already in arrears
today (April 22). On the actual only 360 clients scheduled for Tuesday and
Wednesday are not paid yet and true they are shown in the aging of arrears.
Why such large number?
As a follow-up, we have requested for Luz to contact support when she sees this
again so we can
1. Grab a copy of the report in question
2. Take a snapshot of the database
That way we can see the issue as it happens and look at the data.
