BatchCollectionSheetReport.rptdesing is unused and used to invoke
CollectionSheetReportService.getCollectionSheets which in turn used the code
that made reference to
CollectionSheetBO
CollSheetCustBO
CollSheetLnDetailsEntity
CollSheetSavingsDetailsEntity etc.
Easiest to start from outside in when removing this code.
