Can I add to this by voting for no acceptance test for this but an integration
test instead. Or at least no acceptance test that looks at results in database
tables like others in the test suite do. A UI acceptance test would be fine
(check the flow and ensure transfered group exists on other center/branch)
Why? Because we have gone through the trouble of refactoring this customer area
and now its east to write simple unit and integration tests (if need be) around
this area.
