Udai, I'm not clear. Did we fix it so the groups could be moved without issue
or did you comment out the feature so it doesn't work at all?
There was some confusion when I filed the bug and there may be some indication
that we did this feature for enda so we should FIX the feature (and really,
some day we do need to support transfer of clients with active accounts).
Kay, your thoughts?
