Took a sample import file for M-Pesa plugins and entered a bad value for Data
on the first transaction (see attached file "badDateFirstRow..."). I
anticipated the validation to disallow the first transaction row and allow the
remaining rows. Instead, the import status is "Import Status: No valid rows
were found."
If the bad date is instead put on the last transaction row (see attached file
"badDateLastRow..."), the import status shows some rows are valid and can be
imported.
