As per the documentation at
http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/Mifos/HowToDefineNewLoanProducts, the
default option for 'Include in Loan Cycle counter' is Yes. At the website, the
checkbox against the 'Include in Loan Cycle counter' is not checked.
Need to update user manual.
