The Shutdown feature added in v1.5 has a single permission - "Can shut down
Mifos". When this permission is unchecked for a role, users in that role can't
access the Shutdown page.
One great part of the shutdown feature is its list of active sessions. I could
see an MFI allowing several people the ability to view users, but limiting the
actual shutdown control to a smaller team. This request is to add granularity
to the shutdown page like:
__ Shutdown (if unchecked, can't open shutdown page)
__ Can view active sessions ( can view shutdown page, only refresh button
active)
__ Can shut down Mifos (enables/disables start/cancel buttons on page)
Note: this came to mind as people keep starting the shutdown process on the
demo server.
