There are several tests in acceptance/holiday/AdditonalHolidayTest.java that
were not enabled because the test needed to trigger a batch job. We now have a
the ability to execute batch jobs from the acceptance test framework. The
batch job helper is found at
acceptance/framework/testhelpers/BatchJobHelper.java.
Task is to enable tests TC08-TC10, call runAllBatchJobs, then validate
schedules are properly updated to reflect new holiday.
