Expansion indicator on jQuery tree control needs to be bigger

The jQuery tree control used on the define holiday page has a very small
triangle to indicate which offices include more levels below the current level.
After you click on the "+" to expand, it is painted dark which helps its
visiblity. Prior to that, the indicator is too subtle.
Can we make that indicator a larger image? See indicator next to "Andaman
Region" on the attached screenshot for an example.
