easiest would be to comment out the ability to create and edit the photo in the
UI jsps (2). You could either leave the "See Photo" link in the view for
existing photos or comment that out too.
There nothing to the work... the main time taken would be in running the build
and making sure it passes locally and on hudson. I'd give it a 0 points
weighting.
On the other extreme... If we've never going back to photos the way they are
done now ... we would take out the code entirely which is about a 0.5 (or a
day) as it involves scrapping all related code and doing a dbupgrade.
And the middle bit would be scrap all related code except for viewing existing
photos.
So, whichever you want.
