The GenerateMeetingsForCustomerAndSavings batch job has regressed performance
wise due to office holiday changes. Its approx. twice as slow as previous.
Its not a show-stopper but don't particularly want to see this batch job
perform worse with Shamimd release.
Expect to fix in Marie E and to port the fix to 1.6.x too.
