-------------------------------------

Info for Jeff:

Noticed slow performance on the following size dataset (local machine)

Customers: 220K
Customer Schedules: 18.5M
Savings Schedules: 993

I had done work on this batch job previously and knew that it had been updated
for office holidays (and moratoriums) so did a check.

I had mysql query caching enabled. Updates were taking about 56 seconds per
1000 customers. The difference to the previous version was that working days
and office holidays were being requested from the database for every account
processed.

After the fix updates were taking around 27 seconds per 1000 customers.

> GenerateMeetingsForCustomerAndSavings performance regression due to office
> holiday changes

> The GenerateMeetingsForCustomerAndSavings batch job has regressed performance
> wise due to office holiday changes. Its approx. twice as slow as previous.
> Its not a show-stopper but don't particularly want to see this batch job
> perform worse with Shamimd release.
> Expect to fix in Marie E and to port the fix to 1.6.x too.
