With most recent build of Mifos 1.6.x - hudson-head-1.6.x-62, now getting jsp
error when trying to edit an existing office. See attached screenshot for
error.
Repro steps:
1. login to 1.6.x test server, http://ci.mifos.org:8110/mifos
2. Admin->view offices
3. Click on any office then click edit office information
Actual result: error displaying page
Expected result: edit office page appears
