This error was caused by the fact that offices differently stored 'date' custom
fields into database than other entities. I have made it consistent with other
entities. Because the bug was strictly connected with other issues related to
'date' custom fields (for example MIFOS-3124) and the fix was really very
small, I have decided to include it into Shamim D.
Fixed in the following commits:
* 3d357a6e38da39e2dd2b1a9d8538b718b2e5e505 (Shamim D)
* 49ef2f2719797c882db40369ed7c879fbbaeb664 (Release E)
I have manually tested office creation/editing with 'date' custom field and
didn't see any errors.
