If a client has paid ahead on their loan, it would be expected that on the next
week they could still pay ahead on the loan (IE, a lot of MFI's want their
clients to always pay the minimum amount for the week even if they are ahead,
to instill discipline). Unfortunately, in the CSE, the box for that loan
disappears and the loan officer cannot enter the payment.
REPRO:
1. Find a center with active loans and open up the CSE
2. Pay ahead at least 2 payments on a loan so that on the following center
meeting no money is due
3. Advance the server to the next center meeting
4. Open up the CSE for the center
EXPECTED:
A box is displayed for the client's loan and defaults to 0, allowing for
another payment to be made
ACTUAL:
The box does not appear
NOTE: In fact, if there are no payments expected for a loan product, it
disappears from the CSE entirely! This should not happen, for consistancy sake
in the UI and the MFI staff, those columns should remain. The column should
only disappear if the loan product is made inactive.
Additionally, the logic for displaying the boxes should only have them not
appear if there is NO ACTIVE LOAN! Even if there is no current payment due,
the box should appear with what is currently due (0).
