Apply Charges page for Client account throws HTTP error randomly

Unfortunately I was only able to repro this once on head-master.
1. Navigated to client with ID 0002-000000044.
2. Click on View Details under Client Charges.
3. Clicked on Apply Payment, no problem there.
4. backed out and clicked on Apply Charges.
Got an HTTP error. Unfortunately I didn't save it, and then I tried with other
clients and it was fine. Afterwards I went back to this client and it worked
too.
