I was able to repro this on http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos/ with a change to
the 3rd step (see emphasis below):
# Navigated to client with ID 0002-000000044.
# Click on View Details under Client Charges.
# Clicked on *Apply Adjustment*, no problem there.
# backed out and clicked on Apply Charges.
Attached error page seen, "server_error.html".
