Added new attachment
XBRL should follow the latest 7-12 attachment. Everything is static except
dates where there is some format of YYYY/MM/DD, which should populate with the
date it is run, the MFI ID which should be an input parameter by the MFI for
now, and # of active borrowers, taken from SQL query.
