Sam Birney updated MIFOS-3414:
------------------------------
Description:
repro steps--
1. enable LSIM
2. configure SATURDAY and SUNDAY as non-working days
3. set clock date to July 7, 2010
4. create a monthly loan with with a disbursement day of July 13,
repayment day 14th of each month
5. confirm first repayment shows August 16th
6. approve the loan
7. set clock date to July 14, 2010
8. disburse the loan with disbursement date of July 14
expected
9. first repayment still August 16th
actual
9. entire schedule moved up, first repayment now due July 14th
This only seems to happen in this exact set of circumstances. It seems it
cannot be reproduced when the loan is disbursed on the day originally intended.

This only seems to happen in this exact set of circumstances. It seems it
cannot be reproduced when the loan is disbursed on the day originally intended,
or when the normal first repayment day in the month following is a working day.
we tested several more cases and it seems it occurs only when the actual
disbursement date is different from the disbursement date entered at loan
creation time and the repayment day of month equals the day the loan is
actually being disbursed. The non-working days seems irrelevant.
> LSIM: sometimes first payment is due on the disbursal day of the loan
