Jeff -- we have seen this bug happen in normal operations (i.e. with this time
passing and the batch jobs running at night) and we have also been able to
repro it by changing the clock time as described, without batch jobs running.
I don't think the batch jobs matter because the meeting schedule is not being
changed.
