Objective: to link the value in savings to the value of the loan to enforce a
savings/loan ratio in mifos?
Example:
client/group must have x% e.g. 30% of loan value in their savings account
before disbursement.
They also should not be able to withdraw money from their savings account which
would bring their balance below that value while they have an outstanding loan.
