Importing transaction with Audi bank XLS format hits a stack trace after
submitting import. Paired with AdamM and it appears this problem came about
when the API was altered to handle functionality for the M-Pesa plugin.
Repro steps:
1. Connect to http://ci.mifos.org:8110/mifos
2. admin/import transaction
3. make sure you have a valid import file (see attached example) that gets past
validation
4. submit import request
actual result: stack trace - see attached
expected result: import results presented to user
