Looks like the problem is only in the plugins (git repo: "plugins"), not the
API (git repo: "head"). (by "API" I mean the "api" and "spi" maven modules)
Commit f3e79e121e9ba4b87c3df6c4a95363d3f49a8346 requires API code in
head/master.
Commit 181c84d7c1f0ea40f5ea33bd373951fbc8d891b4 is a fix to an M-PESA plugin.
My plan is to create a "1.6.x" maintenance branch from the commit prior to
these two (cab3c2136e3ddf9983500ce0a5d6806ed858c080). Plugins built from this
branch will be compatible with Mifos 1.6.x. I may also use tags to indicate the
specific plugin build that should be used with a specific version of Mifos. ie:
tag plugins/1.6.x "1.6.0" for the code that should be used with Mifos 1.6.0.
