Get "PropertyAccessException: Exception occurred inside setter of
org.mifos.customers.surveys.business.Question.answerType" error when clicking
on new survey link.
Repro steps:
1. log on to
2. Go to Admin->define new survey
3. see error
Assigning to current iteration as this is a regression from 1.6.
