Description:
Add new "Batch Jobs" page for Batch Jobs management. This new page should have
the following functionality:
- all configured batch jobs from tasks.xml file should be listed with the
following information:
- batch job name
- last start time
- last run status
- next start time
- cron trigger expression -\[EDITABLE]-
- priority (1-10) -\[EDITABLE]-
- status (active/inactive) -\[EDITABLE]-
- -dependencies \[EDITABLE]-
- general quartz status should be displayed (active/standby) \[EDITABLE]
- there should be a possibility to run specified batch jobs on demand
- -there should be a possibility to update tasks.xml file (upload new
tasks.xml file)-
Acceptance criteria:
- information about batch jobs last runs should be properly displayed (both
start time and status)
- information about configured triggers should be properly displayed (trigger
type and cron expression/simple trigger delay)
- all batch jobs defined in the task.xml should be displayed on the Batch Jobs
management page
- old task.xml format should be properly supported
- there should be a possibility to run specified batch jobs on demand (there
should be also a new permission that will allow that)
- general quartz status should be displayed (active/standby) with a
possibility to modify it (there should be also a new permission that will allow
that)

I have added acceptance criteria for this issue. Moreover, I have removed the
requirement regarding the possibility to update task.xml file. Because this is
not a high priority requirement, then we can create a new issue to add such
functionality (if there will be need for this).
