Secdep production data is being loaded into testing-secdep. war with the fix is
currently uploading (/home/ubuntu/mifos-webapp.war)
Next steps:
* try using the war with this fix on testing-secdep with the production data
that has been loaded. Force the batch job
GenerateMeetingsForCustomerAndSavingsTask to run (one way is by setting the
time in task.xml) and verify that it runs successfully.
* explore the data and see if fees look right
* try running the batch job for previous days to make up for the failed runs
* consider if there are conditions where ignoring inactive fees in the batch
job would be incorrect.
