There seems to be some mismatches in the amounts displayed in reports:
1) General Ledger (gen.pdf) and Branch Cash Confirmation (bcc.pdf) report
should exactly match
BCC shows the cash collected as 101,430 (which matches the actual
amount collected)
General Ledger Report shows the following:
Cash Collected - 101,435.50 (of which 87,207.88
principal and 14,227.62 is interest)
999 account (I guess this is the rounding off amounts) -
3.30
What is the difference of Rs. 5.50 between BCC and Gen Ledger
reports? (It does not look like a rounding off issue as the rounding off value
is being shown under a different head)
2) PAR Report
There is an amount called "Current Balance" - which has a value
of 10,910,000
This amount does not match any amount that is shown in Branch
Progress report.
How is this amount computed?
3) Branch Cash Confirmation Report
A branch has all their centers having meetings on Saturdays
One member did not pay the installment on last Saturday (Sep 18,
2010)
This member paid his installment on Monday (Sep 20, 2010)
In General Ledger Report for 20-Sep-2010, this amount shows up
But in Branch Cash Confirmation Report for the same date, this
amount does not show up (all amounts are shown as zero).
Expectation is that any cash received (even if there is no amount
due on a day) will show up on the Branch Cash Confirmation report.
