1) I just rechecked the BCC for 15th Sep. It still shows 101,430. Which means
that there was no payment of 5.50 afterwards.
2) So this should match the "Active Loans - Principal Outstanding" for this
branch in the Branch Progress Report for that date. The value is much less in
that report (6404394.70)
3) What do you mean by "split this one out"? Create another JIRA?
