Ran the report for a center that is in arrears (PASSI Branch, Camiri Center)
If the client is later than 31 days, the amount overdue is showing up in both
1-30 and 31-60
The amount that is overdue for each period should only appear in those columns.
IE, the 1-30 amount only appears there
The amount that is 31-60, appears in that column.
