New ftl defineSavingsProduct.ftl page has two validation issues:
1. The validation errors aren't in the order as the fields - e.g. short name
should follow product instance name, etc. See 1.6 screenshot for expected
result
2. When user picks no deposit type, or voluntary type, still get validation
that the mandatory amount should be greater than zero:
"Please specify a value greater than zero for Mandatory amount for deposit."
This validation should only occur if type of deposit is Mandatory.
