There are a variety of data changes that can be made to surveys/additional
fields directly in the DB that can corrupt the integrity of these datasets. The
resultant failure that occurs during a typical migration process depends on the
precise change that was affected to these datasets. So, it will be helpful if
these change details are provided along with the bug description.
Nevertheless, a fix was checked in to 1.7.x that adds many additional checks to
prevent the entire migration process from halting pre-maturely during an error
condition which can be local to a specific instance of a survey/additional
field. SHA ID: 131bf9701a707549c9626a0b69a1b2a2928d22cd
I shall mark this bug as resolved for now. Please verify whether the bug recurs
post this fix.
