Savings deposit is giving Invalid Transaction Date

Repro:
1) Go to a client with meetings on first Monday of every month.
2) Try to deposit in savings with date 11/9. Backdated transactions is allowed.
Expected:
Allowed
Actual:
Following error is displayed
# Date of transaction is invalid. It can not be prior to the last meeting date
of the customer or prior to activation date of the savings account.
I suspect the data might be corrupt when looking at the customer's account.
Need to investigate
