Work Description: The task was: Create an ftl page for the view Admin
documents page, write a simple controller for it that will pass a stubbed out
(fixed) list of admin document names to display on the ftl page.
This was done and the associated patch was applied on 09/03/2010: commit SHA-1:
cdf5737365e0dc92b0fb6fe628fe6f9c172626b0
For this patch, the following three criteria were met by pointing links to the
old struts code for editing and uploading a new document. The link for
downloading an existing document did not work.
2. link works for upload a new admin document (see jeff for an example document)
3. link works edit an existing admin document
4. link works for download an existing document
In the subsequent work, the ftl pages for editAdminDocs.ftl, updateAdminDoc.ftl
was added to replace to old struts functionality. (4) did not work for the old
code either. This is quite incomplete.
