Work Description: Just doing some clean up work and making sure all the
attached patches work.
The patches applied fine; however, I did see the following "white-space"
warnings when I applied the following two patches:
1) 0009-removed-messages-using-resourceBundle.patch:
warning: 1 line adds whitespace errors.
2) 0011-Look-is-consistent-with-current-mifos-pages.patch :
warning: squelched 5 whitespace errors
warning: 10 lines add whitespace errors.
I also found a key in the messages file had been updated which broke
editAdminDocs.ftl, it has been updated and the patch is attached.
