Navigate to main Admin page, note that links under Admin sections have strings
that are partially Spanish and partially English:
Manage Préstamo products
View Préstamo products | Define new Préstamo product
Manage Ahorros products
View Ahorros products | Define new Ahorros product
This is the same for French as well.

new fund, Define new Savings product, etc.
Note the tabs on top of page change from "Admin" when on Admin page to
"Administration" when on ftl pages mentioned above. (occurs for more than just
these examples).
