I only looked at adding spring transactions around the create holiday flow and
removal of HibernatUtil based code. Adding the 'transactionality' cabapility
itself wasn't a problem (holidayBO already a pojo and service facade was
already properly transactional). The major concern was the effect on
integration tests from change and this is where most of the work was. Already
provided feedback to Van and Udai.
