First six standard reports lack labels, excel support

Noticed some issues with the following reports:
* DueVsCollectedBranch
* DueVsCollectedLoanOfficer
* LoanClassificationReportbyProduct
* LoanOfficerDetailedReport
* LoanOfficerPerformanceSummary
* MFIProgressReport
Issues:
- these tests are not optimized for excel
- not everything is translated (i.e. 'Page')
- There is no 'MFI Name' displayed
- There is no 'Printed by' displayed
- There is no 'Select One' option in the parameters
