Any admin can just manipulate the "From" in their email client to send
from a support address. I'd say replies (or any emails to that address)
should hit a Google Group or a ticketing system. Here's how it might work:
* Joe Admin upgrades SECDEP
* Joe sends email as "Mifos Support" <[email protected]>, notifying
customer of the upgrade
* Customer sees a problem and replies directly to the notification
* Reply goes to the Google Group or automatically enters an issue in a
ticketing system
* Joe or another admin deals with the issue

Come up with the best way that we can send mails from a single address for all
mail alerts to customers. An automated system would be great, but start with
something manual for now.
One idea - take the mifossupport mailing address and give the web login
information to specific members on the team.
