Upgrade MFI test instance on Jan 24th, 2010. Do not perform upgrade any earlier
and check confluence page on cloud operating hours -

Upon completing upgrade, validate upgrade or assign sub-task to another
individual to validate -

After validation is complete, send e-mail to customer alerting them to the
upgrade.
