Once work on MIFOS-4465 is completed, it should be possible to remove all of
the following..
SavingsPrdAction, its actionform, its related struts tests, its struts
configuration and its jsp files
LoanPrdAction, its actionform, its related struts tests, its struts
configuration and its jsp files
basically everything and anything under productdefinition related to jsp,
struts, struts config and their related tests can go.
