I have investigated this issue. It appears that all the date ranges are taken
correctly. The difference in number of groups in Client Summary is becouse of
showing both 'Active' and 'OnHold' groups in contrast to showing only 'Active'
groups in Group Formation. Moreover groups in Group Formation are created by
current Officer what is not checked with groups in Client Summary.
