Hi Jeff,
you have to update your localization files according to
http://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/MIFOS/How+to+set+up+a+Pentaho+for+Mifos
You should have 'org' directory containing translation files in your classpath
(look at 'More Mifos-specific reports setup' in the above documentation).
