After open loan account Loan cycle value in client's "Performance History"
should be increment.
Steps:
1.Search or create a client
2.Open account for the client
3.Back to client detail page
Expected result:
1.After open loan account Loan cycle value in client's "Performance History"
should be increment
Actual result:
1.After open loan account Loan cycle value in client's "Performance History"
isn't changed
